Could someone share a photo of a  recent Ocean Cay menu from the Seashore? Are all bookings done once onboard?

From Seaside doing the same itineraries, it should be the same menu.  You can purchase a speciality dining package pre-cruise but actual reservation date and time need to be set once on board.
