Crown & Anchor reset to Pre-Gold

Anyone having issues with your points/cruise credits showing correctly?

I just logged into the App and RCL website and both show 0 points and Pre-Gold status instead of Diamond.

Almost every day there is a thread. Back out your C&A number then put it in again, or just the last number and it will display correctly.

This is a very common and recurring glitch.
