Slot Pull question

I am organinzing a slot pull on our cruise on the Equinox at the end of Feb.

 

I know that I want to talk to the Casino Host to get things organized and scheduled.  Also, hoping that they can maybe give a few prizes.

 

Does anyone know if there is a way to get in contact with the Casino Host before boarding the ship to make the needed arrangements?  If not, I guess I will just make all the plans (date/time) and go talk to them on the first day onboard.

I have tried to contact X ahead of time and have not received a reply. My suggestion is to speak with them once you board......but it never hurts to try!
