Snorkeling with Coral Breeze or Belize exotic adventures which is better?

Is one better?    Or if you went with one or another how was your experience?

Belize exotic adventures is good but IMO they stuff the boat.  We found it difficult to get our stuff on.  I usually wear a wetsuit and could not attempt it.  Also they insist on the lifejackets on your foot or waist which makes it harder to dive down to look at things especially if in a deeper area.  I believe it's for liability reasons as if you go private, no lifejacket.  I have not been with coral breezes.  We actually think the reef at Goff’s Cay was better than the one Exotic took us to.
