Question about MD reservations

We are on the February 17, 2024, 28 day Amazon Explorer cruise on the Zaandam.  We have cruised HAL many, many times and always opt for the any time dining.  I believe it is possible to reserve a table for two for this type of dining.  Is this true?  How do you make this reservation?  Can you select a specific table?  Can you make this reservation for the entire duration of your cruise?  TIA!

If you have Any Time Dining, you cannot pre-book a time or table size. Once onboard you can go to a Specialty Dining podium (usually near Guest Services or Pinnacle Grill and forward of Lido Pool) or call Dining Services to reserve a time and table for two - if spots are still available. Only 50% of capacity can be reserved. When I have done this, I've never been asked for a specific table, and it's been "the luck of the draw".

 

On some ships you are limited to just three days at a time.
