Do cruises have prep machines available for hire? If not is it the case of making bottles with the kettle? Is the water safe to use for baby too as I know a lot have to use certified baby bottled water. Does the shops sell nappies on board?

you will have better luck asking on the MSC board specifically.

You should also specify if you are sailing in Europe, Caribbean, etc. and the ship.

In any case, you are better off bringing nappies with you.

The water is safe and clean, and yes you’ll need to use a kettle to make the bottles.
We took our own nappies and knew we could easily buy more in port if needed (Northern Europe itinerary).
MSC is great choice for babies - only wish my daughter would sleep as well as she did that week on board 🤣
