Courtesy Hold Payment

Hi guys, 

I had cruise on hold, made a deposit payment, however it's still showing on hold with countdown... 

Wasn't moved into my cruise tab and not showing in the Celebrity app either. I've received email confirmation with invoice showing my deposit. 

 

Does it take time for the system to update? 

Happened with anyone?

When you look at your future cruise list on the Celebrity web site it will have a place that ask's if a cruise booking is missing.

 Enter your Booking Number and Name and it should be added to your list.

It takes several hours for a deposited cruise fo move from "offer" to "Booked" status.  When it does it will move from the "Courtesy Hold" to "Upcoming Cruises".  Look at it in the Courtesy Hold section, and you should see your deposit credited.

Thanks buddy, 

Small follow up question. My reservation invoice also says OFFER instead of BOOKED in the right hand corner. Is that for the same reason? Should I just ask them to resend it or something?

Yes, the same reason.  Once it’s updated, you can call (888) 307-8413, and use the automated system to get an updated confirmation, which will say “booked”.

Thanks again buddy. Although that # just asks to leave a voice message. Not automated system.

It was malfunctioning last night when you replied, but it's back now.  If you still need a new confirmation, call that number and use option 1.

Thanks, already received updated invoice showing BOOKED , used this # 18887517804. Through the automated system. But guess they are all the same system.
