Independence - Fish & Ships Cost

I am hoping someone may be able to help. I have searched and cannot find a consistent answer. On Independence of the Seas is there an a la carte charge for menu items at Fish & Ships? The Royal website lists a charge for each item. I have read some reviews saying that there are free options and some items with a cost. Does anyone have a recent menu?

The only item when a cost is the lobster. All the fish items, shrimp, and chicken are free. Small portions but can get as many as you wish
