YYZ Express Toronto

If leaving Canada through Toronto Pearson Airport (maybe at other Canadian airports) use YYZ Express. You add airline, flight #, date, number of passengers, choose your time.    You are front of the line for security.   At the security area, there is a sign for EXPRESS.  You show QR code at entrance.

I've used it in Vancouver and Montreal and it's also available in Calgary and Edmonton. It's getting quite popular unfortunately and I'm finding it not as quick as it was when no one knew about it (of course!).

Can you use this if you have checked luggage? I read somewhere that is was only for people with just carry on. Can anyone clarify?

You have already dropped off your checked luggage at Domestic, International, States.  
 

YYZ Express is a fast line (front of the line) to get  through the  security line, where you put all your belongings in a bin and walk through a metal detector.
