Apia, Upola Samoa help

I am having difficult finding a moderately priced excursion exploring the island, beaches and waterfalls.  Any advice.

 

I am on the 51 day Holland America Zaandam South Pacific cruise if anyone has favorite things to do on these islands.  I am a bit overwhelmed and have several overnights and want t to make the most of these opportunities.
