Radiance --Consistently good choices in Chops Grille

I have not eaten in an RCI specialty restaurant in too very long a time.  

I'm sailing on Radiance on April 8th, Panama Canal.

 

Please recommend to me some "never fails" menu choices, as I am sailing with my best friend, and I want no disappointment for the upcharge.

 

Please comment on appetizers, mains, and desserts.

 

Thank you for helping me show my dear friend the best possible good time.  If it matters, we will be looking for an early reservation.

 

I so very much appreciate your recommendations.

Just spent 20 days on the Radiance. Ate in Chops several times. We had the filet, fish and lamb chops and all were very good. Food and service were some of the best we’ve had on any Royal ship. Food and service in Giovanni’s was also excellent.

We sailed Radiance 28 days last year. Chops on Radiance far surpassed food and service on other RCL ships.
