Culinary class reservations, when?

We are on a November 2025 transatlantic and were able to book cooking classes this week when they opened.

On our recent BCN-Trieste leg, Destination Services told me on the QT that they were working with the chefs to open up 4 additional culinary experiences and to check back.  Sure enough, they opened up the next day and we were able to grab the "Roman" Offering (how to cook pasta correctly and make some great sauces).  The new offerings went fast; however, I suggest a chat with them once on board.
