Thank you for posting the pic of that sign!!!

Can anybody tell me how long is the usual Island Tour, which shows at the bottom of that sign?

Assuming that this is to hire your own taxi, not join a group with a larger vehicle.

We are planning (conditions permitting) to spend a little time at Lindquist (Smiths) Bay Beach.

Would be happy to do this 'Island Tour', if we could head for Lindquist, but also make a quick stop at overlook(s), etc.

The tour is 2 hours and departs from and terminates at your cruise's dock. Most of the tours are in the larger vehicles and you are in with a larger group that may be from other ships.

The 2 hour tours from the dock don't usually stop or drop off at any beach. I don't think they stop at a scenic lookout on the way to Lindqvist. The closest lookout to Lindqvist is Sapphire Beach hillside, and that's past Lindqvist. Not a scenic route, unfortunately, but very nice at the beach.🙂

Thank you so much MS411 !!!

Can you tell me if it is more of a walk, or any hassle to meet with a pre-arranged private driver/tour.  Assuming that this is not at the usual taxi rank at the Havensight Cruise Port.

Private tours/drivers can be pricey.  I see Paradise Taxi and Tours does three hours for $350.

The services have different meeting/pick up spots so I can't say how far a walk it might be, unfortunately. It gets complicated because "Best Taxi" Association has the contract for Havensight so taxis that aren't in that Association have different meeting areas. I didn't notice if Paradise is in the Best Association, but there should be a blue and white sign on top of the taxi that says "Best Taxi" if it is a member of that association.
