Nassau AI while in port with good food and drinks?

Looking for a good all-inclusive option in Nassau. It’ll be our only port of call (unless GSC cooperates). Can’t go into the pool or get wet because of recent surgery so I’m looking for good food and drink options (champagne, top shelf liquor, smoothies etc). I realize that AI has quality limits… any and all suggestions are welcome! Good accessibility is preferred. As a vision impaired individual, how difficult was it to get transportation?

Sandals used to offer day passes, RIU was fine, but definitely not top shelf. There will be cabs lined up at the port.
