transportation from Maimi port to Fort Lauderdale airport

We are on a cruise with Royal out of the Maimi port, but we are flying home from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. Question can we make a 11:49 flight? What method of transportation do you recommend? We have to issue with walking our bag off at 7 but will there be transportation available that early? Open to any suggestion or recommendations..

Take an Uber or Lyft. You can make it, but remember you are arriving at FLL in the crush of passengers getting off the ships in Port Everglades as well.
