For lack of an answer-- easily Googleable. No- the port area there's not a lot going on. If you push to Waikiki or some of the more residential areas of Honolulu you can find some. Frankly, if you are cruising, the onboard facilities will be easier once you board your ship. You woul need an Uber to get to any of the ones from the port.

I've used the Ena Road Laundromat in Waikiki. It is about three miles from the cruise port so you'd need to Uber, but you could walk around Waikiki, go to the beach, get a bite to eat, etc.
