ISO Photography Tips For Cloudy/Rainy Weather

Recommended Posts

Cruising to Alaska next week.  Current forecast is for clouds and/or rain each day.  We’re still super excited!

Looking for photography tips and tricks for getting the best photos possible in inclement weather conditions.  Thanks!

What kind of camera do you have? Is it water/weatherproof?

Keep your extra batteries in your pocket. They run out faster if they get cold.

We had drizzly days, where using a ziploc bag and pulling the camera out for a shot was fine. And all day downpours, where I left the 'good' camera on the ship and only used my Olympus TG5 (waterproof) camera.
