POST Carnival Triumph Cruise Question...

For anyone that can help...I have a few questions for those who have been on the Triumph RECENTLY......

 

1) What time did embarkation start?

2) Did they check for smuggled liquor at embarkation?(trying to sneak on a bottle of liquor).

3) Did the ship arrive at the ports on-time?

4) How was the lounge chair arrangment by the pools?

5) How was the band (Reggae, Steel Drum etc.)?

6) What time did they let passengers disembarking with their own bags leave the ship?

 

 

Any other insightful info you can give is REALLY appreciated. Thanx...

Carnival Triumph (5/6/06)

Don't know what time boarding started, but we arrived about 11:30 and were having a drink about 45 minutes later, after visiting the pursers desk and dropping off our carryon bags.

 

Smuggled 2 bottles on board, no problem.

 

Arrived to all 3 ports on time (Eastern). Had a great time.

 

Chair hogs rampant on sea days. Try getting a chair on an upper deck.

 

Self-assist disembarkment was great. Off the ship about 7:30. Could have left earlier, but had to wait on our final bill, refund, can you believe it!

 

Have a great cruise, just love this ship.

Uh ... wouldn't this be a PRE Carnival Triumph Cruise question? Just checking. :) I've never sailed the Triumph, so I can't help with your questions .. :)
