Hotels near new york

Has anyone stayed at the Howard Johnson's in Bergen NJ. According to them they will allow you to park your car and shuttle you to the cruise ship for the price of the hotel room. Their prices are way lower than I can get in NY. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with staying there and leaving their car. Or does anyone know of another hotel which allows you to leave your car while you are gone. (I hate to pay $180.00 for my car to sit in a parking lot!)

Hi....If you go on the message board...pre and post hotels...something like that....there is alot of information. and yes there seems to be quite a few that will let you park your car....lol unfortunately....the one i booked doesnt!
