Does anyone know if the Carnival Liberty offers complimentary water shuttle service to San Marco Square from the port in Venice?

No, they do not. There is a water shuttle near by, but I don't know what it costs. The bus shuttle to the nearest vaporetto station is $10.

The water taxi that is near the ship was not very expensive, and just by a round trip ticket, or you can buy an all day pass.

Thanks for the information. We will be travelling with two children, and I have recently had surgery, so I don't know that we want to walk all the way in, and then continue walking all day. I think some type of water taxi makes sense for us. Do you remember the price per person?

Alilaguna, the water shuttle from the port to San Marco, is only a few minutes' walk from the ship, but unfortunately, their last trip from San Marco to the port is a little after 4 p.m. They charge €6 one way. Going back to the ship later than 4 p.m. would mean you have to take the vaporetto to P. Roma, and then grab a taxi from there to the ship.

Last year's Sept 18th Liberty--had a vaporetta dock just to the front and left of the ship--$5 Euro.
