Electric Scooter Rental for Ketchikan & Juneau

We need some help. We are sailing HAL in May from Seattle to Seattle. My dad can only walk short distances. Are there any electric scooter rentals available at the Ketchikan and/or Juneau ports?

 

We rent one for him each year at the state fair - like $45.00 for 3 hours or something. We were wondering if such rental places set up at the piers for cruise ship guests to rent.

 

We read where you can rent one from Seattle and take it with you on the cruise - but he only needs it for long walking distances - so we hate to lug it around/store it in our cabin if we can just rent one when we get to each port.
