Anyone have a link to a current X Vegetarian Menu?

Just wondered if anyone had a link to a current Vegetarian Menu. We are sailing on Century immediately after its refurb, next week, but I think the menus are the same on all the X fleet.

 

We were on Summit last Nov/Dec and the veggie choices were not great. Anyone had a good veggie experience more recently than that? What are your favourites?
