Tampa Hotels

We live in the Tampa Bay area and this mornings paper has an article about a Shriners convention July 1. 20,000 members and families to attend. They made mention of the fact that all of the downtown hotels are fully booked.

Just thought some cruisers who are leaving out of Tampa during this time slot might want to check for reservations as I have noticed on the boards that lots of folks come a day earlier than their cruise.

HAL has no ships sailing the Caribbean between mid April and mid October this year (and next), so there will be no HAL cruisers (for the purpose of boarding an HAL ship) in Tampa this summer or next.

 

Sounds like your city is going to be VERY busy. Good luck. :)

 

We have enjoyed four pre/post cruise stays in Tampa and really like the city.
