Good experience with Cruise Critic

Last night as I was reading my CC e-letter, I saw the new review of the Voyager. I clicked on it. Enjoyed the review and then decided to click on the Ports of Call link to see what they recommend for St. John and Halifax. Well, to my surprise and puzzlement, they had St. John's, Newfoundland listed as a port rather than Saint John, NB. I even checked my RCI docs to make sure that we were indeed going to NB! I sent an email to Carolyn Spencer Brown who is listed as the editor for CC and let her know about the error. Well, to my surprise and delight, Ms. Brown responded this morning and the error has been fixed! She even let me know that they will try and have a link ready for Saint John, NB by the end of July.

 

She was very nice and personable and grateful that we had not only spotted the mistake but notified her. It is nice to know that there are some really nice and responsible folks behind the scenes at CC. Thanks, Cruise Critic!
