Victory vs. Legend?

Curious as to why the Victory's rating is lower than the Legends. I don't think because it a couple of years older that should have any baring...is the service, entertainment or food not as good?

Probably a combination of age and class of ship. After the Victory, Carnival decided to add an additional 50' section to these ships and thus Conquest class was born. This new section contains the Specialty restaurant, an additional buffet line, the wedding chapel and extra galley space.

 

The Legend is a Spirit class ship and polls here consistently rate this class the favorite.
