Does the QM2 go from NY to Europe? If so, when?

I read on another board that the QM2 does a roundtrip from NYC to Europe.

Is this true?

 

If so, when does it sail? I searched for sailings, and only came up with

cruises that leave from London.

Hi The QM2 does do round trips from New York. There is one leaving July 24th and one leaving Sept. 6th these are 2006. 2007 has April 30th and June 10th which is strictly Norway. The link below will take you to the Cunard calendar

To generalize, the QM2 does trans-Atlantics (with occaisional sides to the fiords and to the Med) during the late Spring, Summer, and early Fall; in the Winter, she does the Caribbean and World Cruise stuff.

You can count on the sailing being 24 nights if you are looking at the Med.

 

I've had several clients book these 24 night sailings this year. Sometimes it is less expensive to price the voyages out separately than to use Cunard's full voyage pricing.

Sure, but the one starting from Southampton on September 24 is probably not what you had in mind, unless you can't get enough of Newport, Nova Scotia, Quebec City, the Gulf of St Lawrence, etc.
