Adventure of the Seas - Dinner First Night

Can someone let me know how dinner is done the first night on AOS Southern Caribbean itinerary? Is it the regular two seatings with your dinner mates for the rest of the cruise or is it an opens eating night since the ship doeesn't sail until later in the eveing? Tryiing to figure out how to plan the day = thanks in advance for any tips.

When I was on the AOS, dinner the first night was at your assigned table. The only difference was that dinner was a half an hour later for both time. Late seating was 9 PM instead of 8:30. Same for the early seating half hour later. This is due to the muster drill around 8:15 pm or so.

You go to your regular seating however the late seating was at 9pm to accommodate the 8:30pm muster drill. I'm not sure if they pushed the main seating a little later also.

Thanks for the really quick replies. We're at first seating and planning to sightsee in San Juan before embarking on the ship. This helps to plan our day. Thanks again.

If you don't want to cut your time short in San Juan to make first seating, the Windjammer will be available as an option for dinner also.
