Which are the shows not to miss, and the ones to miss?

The cruise director, Alan, was an upbeat guy. The shows on the Explorer were good. Definitely don't miss the ice show. I thought the rest of the shows at night were all good. The one show I wouldn't have minded missing was an Australian gentlemen who played the horn. I didn't think he was that good.

I was on the 9 day Explorer on 6/30. I would be thrilled to share what I thought was my most favorites and shouldn't be missed:

 

Alan, the CD, is just naturally funny and entertaining. I loved to watch him in action. He was always on.

 

Of course, the Love and Marriage game show is always a highlight. The couples (the older ones especially, who are some dears) are always so funny and with Alan's comments, promptings and reactions, it takes it to a whole new level.

 

The Ice Show, which I missed on the Voyager in 2005, was such a treat! Was not into going again, but so pleased that I did! Very entertaining and amazing to watch.

 

The comedians Hayes and Wild were on our cruise. They had also been on the Voyager when we went. Their act was the same, but omg I howled just as much! My sides were killing me. They are sooooo funny.

 

The show Fast Forward was upbeat and had music and dance that got your body moving and your lips moving along with them. I didn't want it to end!

 

 

My only miss, and this is just my feelings, was the magician. He didn't do anything for me.

 

You are going to love everything about the Explorer,and have the most amazing time!! Have a wonderful cruise!!

was also recently on the explorer and i think that alan brooks is going on vacation sometime in august. i'm not sure of the date.

for me....the love and marriage show and the ice show are musts.

Not sure if it were you or not, but someone did, and I did just that, and heard back from RCI within a couple of days. I thought that was pretty cool AND efficient!
