Garden Villa on POH...?

Hi. I am sailing 8/21 in the Garden Villa on the POh. I wanted to know if anyone has sailed in the Garden Villa on the POH (preferbly) or on any other ship. I wanted to know

1. what was your experience

2. was it worth the money

3. on POH. did you get the service and pampering you payed to be in the Garden Villa (I know people say not to expect to be pampered, I booked this way before it the POH had its debut, but I am expecting it because of what I am paying for it). I have been in an owner's suite before with a great butler and conceirge on the crown.

4. How big is it really? The website says 5,750sq ft. but then I saw mentioned somewhere else 3,250 ad 4500 (or something like that)?

5. i know people say you will not be on the ship so often, but we will be spending a good amount of time on the ship (there is one day we will be on the ship all day as it is our sabbath ..Complicated as to why we can't get off). Our shore excursions are also fairly short ones (it think the longest is 61/4 hours and starts at 7am-bak at 230) and we will be walking around port a bit, I guess, but knowing my family we will probobly want to go back on the ship (playing it by ear).

Thanks

Can't give you any feedback on POHI pampering. I can give you details on the GV. Actual cabin space around 2300 sf. The 5700 sf number was used for the Star, Dawn, Jewel. Most of the space was outside. The POHI is the first ship to have the A2s on deck 15 above the villa and taking up a lot of the old massive sun deck. The Pearl and Gem will have the same layout.

I took the picture below on the Dawn from the space that on the POHI is now a Deluxe Owners Suite A2.

Hey shoreguy. I have seen you list other amenities for the Garden Villa like what you get on embarkation and such (it was for a different ship though) is it the same for the POH. Can you list them here again. Thanks

This will give you some idea. I thing the list was originally created for the Jewel. I have no direct feedback on NCLA. It should be close. The list says 3 bottles Liquor but I always heard the Villa got 6. Enjoy
