Hetel recommendations for anchorage and juneau

We stayed at the Anchorage Sheraton which is fairly close to the railroad station (they have a shuttle to pick you up or take you). The rooms were fairly good size and clean, and the staff was friendly. We stayed there at the beginning of July and booked the rooms through Priceline.

Close to the train station is the Comfort Inn, it's right down the street. Just up the hill is the Anchorage Grand, Anchorage Hotel, Hilton, Howard Johnson's and Ramada Inn.

 

If you were asking if there is anything close by the airport and the train depot, no. They are about 15 minutes apart.

 

Juneau, I always stay at the Aspen, which is not an Extended Stay America out by the airport.
