we will be staying at the hilton curacao for 4 nights in february as well as spending a day as part of a cruise in january. lucky us!! are there any local restaurants that are a "don't miss" either near the hotel or out and about. we plan to do exploring on the 4 day stay so the places need not be close by or be fancy, just authentic.
