ITI insurance?

when purchasing our cruise with TA we opted for the free travel insurance (after reading all the posts... cause we never purchased it before, but will never go without it from now on) Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone ever used this ITI (i travel insurance) before. Hopefully we won't have to use it but if we do, will we have problems getting reimbursed? It was free so I am not complaining, just want a heads up. :confused:
