Hooters in Aruba, where??

I know there is a Hooters in Aruba, but where in relationship to the pier?

Recently staying in Aruba. The Hooters was just down the street from our Hotel. It's in the highrise section of Aruba, along the main drag of hotels and restaurants. It's in a two level establishment. Bottom level is a Japanese Steakhouse (Habachi Restaurant, I think) and the upper deck is Hooters. About a 20 minute taxi ride from docks or take city bus for $2.00 round trip and it will drop you off right in front of Hooters. City buses are very nice and convenient.

Is the Hooters across the street (in walking distance) from the beach area, Palm beach? or a good beach? We would like to take a cab to the beach and have lunch at Hooters. (son collects the pins from all over)

Hooters is just across the street from the strip of high rise hotels that borders the beach. Short walking distance from Hooters to beach.
