I'm trying to decide whether or not to get an F cabin (Midship/Upper Promenade) for the Noordam's 14 day Southern Caribbean cruise next Christmas. Do these cabins have a partial obstruction to them or do they offer a clear view from their window? Thanks for the help. :)

if you are talking about f 4121/4122 - it looks like you would be ok looking straight ahead but you might have some obstruction from the cabin next to you with the verandah

The ones near the elevator (4090,4089) don't appear to be much bigger than regular cabins, so I am not sure if there would be much room to move a wheelchair around in there.

I studied pictures closely because I was considering one of these cabins at one time. The lifting arm for the lifeboat pretty much covers the window. There are floor to ceiling windows in there so light wouldn't be a problem.
