Adventure Of The Sea's ??????

Where does the ADVENTURE OF THE SEA'S embark from...i only know of the main pier right down town and you walk up the hill to old san juan and el morrow...HELP...

Adventure departs from the Panamerican pier. This pier is not within walking distance from any thing of interest, unless you like long walks in the tropical sun (temps have been in the high 80´s and low 90´s) and walk to Old San Juan. Taxis are available at the pier.

does anyone know of any decent hotel in the area of the pan american pier in san juan...or have stayed at any in the area of the pier...it has been brought to my aattention that the adventure of the sea's sails from this pier and not the one in downtown san juan...we have been to san juan many many times on cruises and i never knew of this pan american place...HELP...no rush we don't sail until march 18th...

Mike we are leaving on the AOS next weekend and are staying at the Radisson. Will have to let you know how it is when we get back. A lot in our cruisecritic group are staying at the Caribe Hilton which is nice and they got a good rate on priceline.

I booked the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino for a free stay with my Marriott points. It isn't far from the PanAm Pier and and Old San Juan.

 

The Embassy Suites is a little further away in the Isla Verde area, 15 minutes from Airport. That would have been my second choice, it's absolutely beautiful, walking distance to the beach, restaruants and stores. As you know a happy hour w/food and breakfast are included with your stay.

i was caught a little off guard when i found out that the adventure of the sea's did not sail out of the down town pier in san juan...and that the walking distance from the pan american pier is quite long to ols san juan...we need to locate a decent hotel near the pan american pier...

There aren't any really near the pier; from the map you can see that all of the hotels are about just about the same distance from the pier - a taxi ride!
