Mexican Riviera Snorkeling

We will be visiting Cabo, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta on the Princess Diamond in April 07. What port has the best snorkeling excursion and specify the location and charter please. I have heard the water clarity is not as clear as the Caribbean. Any advice would be appreciated.:)

True that water clarity is not what the Caribbean is, and there is no living coral near the cruise ports like there is there. There are, however, plenty of tropical fish and other sea life to see. Visibility in April isn't the best, either, gets clearer as the weather warms up by the end of May.

In order (my opinion):

1) Cabo (Santa Maria Cove or Chileno Bay are the best)

2) Puerto Vallarta (The Marietas Islands are probably the best, but the water is a bit warmer at Los Arcos or Majahuitas)

3) Mazatlan
