Miami Highlights and Shopping Tour

Our next Cruise is 2 March 2007 on the Constellation. We will be flying into Fort Lauderdale. We are considering flying out of Miami for our return. The return flight out of Miami is 4:20 PM. We would like to take the ship sponsored Miami Highlights and Shopping shore excursion. Has anyone taken this shore excursion? The info I have also states this tour is available for guests with flights after 3:30 PM. The tour lasts 4 hours and 30 minutes. Does the 4 hour tour start at Fort Lauderdale or when you arrive in Miami? How long of a drive is it from Fort Lauderdale to Miami?
