Wine and Decanter

Okay I realize I have to pay a $15 corkage fee. No problem, most restaurants that allow you to bring along a bottle charge that. But what about decanting the wine. Since most of the wines I would consider bringing along on a cruise would need to be decanted for at least 3 hours, will they take care of this also? I would hate to have to pack my decanter to get the job done properly. Anyone have experiences in this? Also what is the best wine you have brought onboard with you?

I have taken many 20+ year old Bordeaux on Celebrity. The dining room wine stewards are experienced at decanting - candle and decanter are provided as part of your $15 corkage. If you want it decanted early, your room steward can take it down to the dining room earlier in the day, or you can give the bottle to your wine steward the night before at dinner.
