Ft. Lauderdale cruiseport questions

Does QM2 sail from Port Everglades? Does anyone know which berth number? Here is the map:

We will drive across Florida from the Tampa area for the Dec. 16th Caribbean week.... We are debating...should we drive the day before and spend the night in a hotel? What is the parking situation there? Do we need to reserve parking for our car at the port? How much per day does parking cost? So many questions!:rolleyes:

Freckles67--We are also from the Tampa area(Sun City Center) & will be driving to :) FLL on the 16th. Drive is approx. 250 miles(4 hours)-Plenty of parking at pier. We will be traveling with another couple from Tampa. Regards Jack

Freckles67- Parking is $84 for the week(12 per day) No reservations necessary. We have driven from Tampa to FLL 10+ times with no problems. Regards Jack:o

Last time we sailed on her from FLL she was at berth 22, I imagine she still sails from there.

Fla Jack, what time will you leave to drive to FLL? What time does boarding start? We are west of Tampa in Palm Harbor. Wondering how early we should leave our house.....

We usually take the Cruise Connection bus from Sarasota, sit back and watch a movie. We hate that drive across Alligator Alley. :rolleyes:
