Upgrade to Aft Cabin??? - AOS

Recommended Posts

We have a chance to upgrade from an E2 midship deluxe balcony cabin to a D3 superior aft balcony cabin. The room and balcony are larger, but we're not sure of the aft location, Deck 6. We've always stayed mid-ship to cut down on the motion. Is this a deal we should take?

I'm not sure of your exact location but we just got off the AOS and had cabin 7390. It wasn't our favorite. The view was obstructed, there was a lack of a breeze on the aft, and there was quite a bit of noise from the crew area at the rear odf the ship. If you are looking at deck 6, I think you will have the dreaded "gray deck" directly outside your balcony.

I posted pics of the view from 7390 here if thats any help to you.

If we were going to go again I would have prefered a small balcony in a better location.
