Radiance in Skagway: Tender or Pier?

Does anyone know of the Radiance docks in Skagway or if it's a tender situation... he he

My husband and I need to get off of the ship as early as possible when we arrive in port to get to Haines for an important family event. Also, in port can you disembark anytime you want? Do those who book shore excursions through RCI get off first or what?

Last question: Would it help to talk to the purser's desk (or whatever the proper authority is) if we need to disembark early?

Skagway is pier, not tendered. You should be able to walk right off as soon as she is moored and cleared.
