Judge Dismisses George Smith Suit

was a charitable donation in her name paid by RCCL. Nothing for her wallet. She has moved to Boston & rumor has it will get a new name, etc. Family had til anniversary date 7/1 to file their suit & failed, so bye bye Smiths! This was covered by Greta months ago.

 

I believe that only a PORTION of the settlement she made went to charity. And that amount was not released. She certainly did make money from it. The family already filed suit and the suit was tossed. They can now appeal that ruling, which from all reports, they will do.
