Tampa Shuttle Secret

When my wife and I traveled out of Tampa we spent a great deal of time trying to figure out how to get to and from airport, hotel, and port for the least amount of money considering we were staying an extra night on each side of the cruise.

 

Carnival offers to transport you to and from the airport for like $18 per person (cant remember exact), or some hotels will do it for $10 per person.

 

The best deal we found was Alamo rental car. We rented a car for the day to travel around tampa for under $25 out the door. They picked us up from the airport for free, when we returned the car, they ran a shuttle to the port for free, and they picked us up on return for free. Cant beat that with a stick.

 

Just a word to the wise. If you need to rent a car, and get to and from the port and airport, Alamo is the way to go.

 

We were in and out in no time, it was so easy!!! We couldnt believe our good fortune.
