claud925 Posted December 28, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 28, 2006 To those who've been in an aft FV on Panorama deck ... would you take it over a Concierge-class cabin? These FVs have balconies now, correct? Are they any larger? Is your view straight down to the water obstructed in any way? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Pics would be great.:)

ocngypz Posted December 28, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 28, 2006 The interior cabin space is 195 sq ft. The balcony is about the same size as that of the Concierge Class. The bedding is one double which is fixed. Me, I'd stay in a CC.

Drew B Posted December 28, 2006 #5 Share Posted December 28, 2006 Does it have the separate seating area like the FV's on M-Class or the FOV on other C-Class? 195 sq. ft. seems really small for an FV...
Rare mahdnc Posted December 29, 2006 #6 Share Posted December 29, 2006 From the photos you can see that the Century FV is very similar to the old Century FO but with a balcony. There still is a sliding door that will separate the sitting area from the double bed. The sitting area has a convertible sofabed and a single bed that folds out of the wall. The old FOs were designed to sleep 5 and one of the sofabeds has been removed in the conversion to an FV to make way for the balcony. The balcony conversion also is probably why the FV cabin is now listed at 195 sq ft instead of 210 sq ft for an FO.
Faygelah Posted December 29, 2006 #7 Share Posted December 29, 2006 We have an aft FV reserved for the December 2007 TA. Does anyone happen to know if there is a seperate TV in the sitting area? It would be nice to be able to nap in relative quiet while DP watched TV in the sitting area.
Rare mahdnc Posted December 29, 2006 #8 Share Posted December 29, 2006 Century FV has only 1 TV and it is in the sitting area. Millennium class ship FV cabins have 1 TV in the sleeping area and a separate second TV in the sitting area.
Faygelah Posted December 29, 2006 #9 Share Posted December 29, 2006 Phooey! But I guess it's good that it's in the sitting area. Thanks for the info. Do you know if you can also watch the TV from the bed?
