Sapphire Beach

Going to St. Thomas in July 07 with a group of about 25 - 20 aboard the Carnival Miracle and we wish to go to Sapphire Beach. Does anyone know the cost of a taxi to the beach and the amount of time it would take to get there.

Which is the best beach...Sapphire, Magen's bay or Trunk Bay? Do they all have shade? chairs,?

Taxi to Sapphire is about $10 pp, ow. The drive time is about 20 minutes from Havensight in low/medium traffic... about 30 minutes from Crown Bay.

 

Sapphire, Magens and Trunk Bay each have chairs for rent and each has some natural shade under palms & seagrape trees.
