Tabyana beach

My wife and I have a tour sceduled to Tabyana beach. However, we'll probably only stay about 2 hours. Wondering if anyone knows how much a taxi would be and if it is a hassle or not. I figure it has to be less than 40 bucks a person. Also, is there a bar or snack bar at the beach? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks-- BillfromPa.
