too much to ask?

hummmm.. So that would be something like 3 and a half pounds a week... Not impossible.. They do say you should loose no more than 2 pounds in a week, so 3.5 is not such a horrible stretch... and you may loose quicker the first 2 weeks or so.... So I woud say if you are strict with yourself and add exercise to your daily schedule it is not to much to ask.

That would depend on how much you weigh to start out with- no I'm not asking you to post your weight but that is something that will have a lot to do with how quickly the weight comes off. In my op[inion you should just do what you can- eat less and more healthy- excercise and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day- the water should help curb your appetite. Good luck!!!!!
