We Are New To Ncl And Are Going On The Dawn And Want To Know Where The Concierge Louge Is On The Dawn. If We Want To Make Dinner Reservations Do We Call The Concierge Or Have To Go To The Lounge In Person. We Are Booked In A Mini-suite. We Have Been On Other Cruises And Usually Just Call The Phone Number For The Reservations. Thanks

You can call your concierge or call the restaurant for your reservations.

Concierge may come to your suite and introduce him/herself and you may also have a form in your suite to complete with your dining room preference and dining times.

Concierge office is located...walking port side of the ship, going aft, pass the excursion desk and the concierge office will be on your left going toward Pearly Kings Pub.

Sometimes they are in the office, sometimes they are not.

We have been on the Dawn severla times and usually had very attentive concierges. Last time we had Simone. She was the least attentive of all-made our dinner reservations, but we never saw her. The others would check us at dinner every night to make sure everything was all right. We will be on this week and was wondering who the concierge is.

This past Sept on the Dawn we had Claudio Schulze and he was excellent! We were given a form to fill out but most days we just called Claudio and he took care of it with no problems. Claudio also stopped by the restuarant on most night to visit with us.

Claudio really enhanced our trip and I hope someday to be able to cruise with him again.
