RCL Xel-Ha excursion questions.

We are booked for the Xel-Ha excursion only, no Tulum, and are wondering how long it takes to get to the park from the ship. From piecing different posts together I am assuming ~1.5 hrs. Does that sound about right? Also, is it worth going? I would also like to have the all inclusive food package is it possible to upgrade?

 

Finally, does anyone have any good pictures of Xel-Ha they would like to share?
