NCL Spirit Conceriege

Hi,

Does anybody here know if there is a way to send an email to Lisa (the concer.) on the Spirit? We are leaving on 1/23 and I was hoping to ask her a favor. We have never sailed with NCL before and have booked a penthouse. The wife does not know what I booked, and I was hoping Lisa was able to meet us at the port prior to boarding and escort the wife onto the ship as a special surprise.

Thanks

Lisa was our conceriege on the December 10th sailing last year and she is an absolute gem. She is the type of person who enjoys her work and takes great pride in doing it well.

We first met her at the VIP check in desk.

She was working the desk by herself so I doubt she could take the time to escort anyone to their cabin. She did sit us down and have a nice long "welcome aboard" with us while she explained what she could do for us during the cruise.

Thanks Inspector :)

That brings up another question that I hope you can answer. Where in the NYC port is the VIP check in desk? All the posts I have read say to ask a NCL rep. when you arrive at the port, but those posts also say that most of those reps. have no idea about any VIP desk or waiting area. I read in is somewhere upstairs, but is it easily marked somehow?

When you get out of the elevator onto the upper level-- staying on the left side of the terminel, walk straight ahead. About halfway down is a staircase on your left. Go up the stairs and there you are. It's very easy. Have a great time!
